Yoga Events

2011...We are just putting together a program of events over the coming months (Sept,Oct,Nov) & winter beyond, which will include: 

-  ART OF LIVING WORKSHOP - 25th-27th NOVEMBER 2011.....see AOL page for more details.

-  A talk on alternative natural medicines by a leading Dutch specialist, Jan, who regularly visits the island and can be found assisting Nekatria & her customers for free during his time here in her lovely health food shop in town. September/October

- Healing evenings and courses during week beginning 5th October 2011, in Malona, Koskinou & Town. See Healers page to see more about what this is about. Days, times & info are listed below...Please contact us for up to date healing/balancing events going on every 2-3 weeks.

- Full moon camping evening with Yoga, music & meditation.

- Yoga, meditation, music & food nights in Malona. Most Fridays from 5.30pm

- Kirtan evenings.... chanting music of India

- Healing sound bathing events with Tibetan bowls, Diggerydoo & healing available

- Karma yoga gardening days with Yoga classes, walks & good company.

- Angel card reading evenings

HEALING WEEK 5th-12th October 2011

For the first time we are thrilled to be hosting 2 amazing healers Stuart & Yin from the UK. They will be available for Healing evenings which involve a group discussion, meditation and personal healing sessions, and for those who are interested there is also a possibility to join a healing course and learn how to release your own abilities to heal (We all have this ability). We will be travelling south and north of the island during the week and they can also be available for private sessions too (or small groups) on Friday or Saturday, or Monday/tuesday morning. Just call to arrange. The healers operate on a donation basis.

6th & 7th October in Malona :          6th- Healing Evening 7pm

                                                                 7th- Healing course - 4-8pm

10th & 11th in Koskinou and Town : 10th - Healing Evening 7pm Koskinou

                                                                 11th - Healing course -Bonito Cafe,Town 1-5pm

Healing is an amazing way of reaching a deep state of relaxation where upon you can recharge your batteries and receive all that you need personally.........it is a very rewarding experience. You will find yourself sat relaxing in chairs with 2-3 other people also receiving healing at the same time in the room for approx 20 mins. There is no hands laid on the body during these sessions. Recommended donation 10 euros.

HEALING COURSE INFO : Please read the info on what to expect to learn in the healing course on the healing page linked above. You will receive a Healing manual as part of the course. The recommended donation for this course is 50 euros.  Bonitos- Town : There will be their wondeful array of smoothies, juices & salads on offer to purchase during the course. Malona - Herbal teas will be available, please bring a little something for the table should you wish to stay and join us for some food afterwards.
