Tilos Weekend
JUNE 16TH-19TH : TILOS LONG WEEKEND YOGA BREAK
This will be our 3rd visit to this wonderfully peaceful island of Tilos, to bring yoga to the local population, to enjoy a yoga adventure together with students from Rhodes, and enjoy the company of visitors to the island too.
Yoga classes : Friday & Saturday : 9-10.15am & 6.15-7.30pm
Meditation : Friday & Saturday : 8-9am ( sunset meditations also possible)
Each class is 10€ or 30€ for 4 classes- Meditation session are free.
The place for the classes and meditation will be decided depending on the weather and the group. Our options include, the school in Megalo Horio, the beach at Eristos, or the grounds of the Eristos hotel.

3. Camping 
- The beach at Eristos is a great place to camp, with 2-3 deep lines of trees at the back of the beach and an indoor shower block and toilets there too.This is where you will find our group.
We will travel the 5 mins down the island to Eristos beach area by local bus or taxi.
Please go ahead and make your own arrangements as suits you and just let us know that you are planning to join us so that we can take mats etc along to support the classes.
